Keeping Me Running

Running takes balls, other sports just play with them

If you are going through hell, keep going.

There are clubs you can't belong to, neighborhoods you can't live in, schools you can't get into, but the roads are always open.

There is no such thing as bad weather, just soft people.

Get out there and do what you love!

If you run, you are a runner. It doesn't matter if today is your first day, or if you've been running for years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run.

To a runner, a side stitch is like a car alarm, it tells you something is wrong, but you ignore it until it goes away.

The trouble with jogging is by the time that you realize your not in shape for it, it's too far to walk back.

You might be a runner if your sport is other sports punishment.
