Terrible, just terrible

Well, I didn't want to run today, but Josh Cox updated his twitter which said, "need to rally for the afternoon run." He of course was not talking specifically to me, because he has no idea who I am. Cox was speaking of himself, but I took it as a personal challenge that he made towards me. So I ran. I went out with little to no motivation, and I finished 2 miles later, with even less motivation. I just didn't want to go, maybe it was my body telling me to take a break. I still call shenanigans on it, and require more from my body. I'm pissed. I think I'm gonna go for a run.
