SEVEN!

9/3, Yeah I did seven miles today time was just over an hour. The whole run felt really good. No problems, very little muscular fatigue. Until now. Now I wish I had stopped at 6. haha. I even out ran my dog today. She stopped at mile 5, and laid down behind my truck. I checked in on her every now and then, as I passed by, and she'd look up at me, as if to tell me I'm crazy. Granted. I am little off.
